We are excited to announce quarterly prizes for our Ambassadors. Every quarter, we will have a different set of prizes that will incorporate a mix of cash and MTG products.

At the beginning of each quarter, the leader-board will be reset. The leader-board will be updated weekly and will be shared on the Ambassador discord channel.

TikTok Shop

TikTok Shop sales tracking is not part of this program, however we are setup on TikTok Shop and you can earn commissions there as well. We will combine TikTok Shop sales and website sales for eligibility for tier increases and leader board rankings.

Does it cost anything to join?

No, joining is 100% free!

Can I participate if I’m not a content creator?

Absolutely! If you’re active in your local gaming community, run events, or just love sharing products with friends, you’re welcome to apply.

Application & Onboarding

How do I apply?

Fill out the application form on our website. We’ll ask for your contact info, links to your platforms, and a bit about your gaming background.

What happens after I apply?

Our team reviews applications within 7 business days. If you’re a good fit, you’ll get a welcome email with your affiliate link, onboarding guide, and digital assets to help you get started.

What if I don’t get accepted?

If your application isn’t accepted right away, don’t worry—you can reapply in 3 months. We’re always looking for new Champions as our program grows.

Earning & Payments

How do I earn commissions?

Share your unique affiliate link or code. Any time someone makes a purchase through your link, you earn a percentage of the sale.

How much can I earn?

Depending on your tier and level you can earn anywhere from 5% to 25% of every sale

How and when are commissions paid?

Commissions are paid monthly, approximately 30 days after the end of each month, via PayPal or as Nerd Gear store credit (your choice). This allows time for order processing, returns, and fraud checks.

Is there a minimum payout threshold?

Yes—your earnings must reach $25 before payout. If you don’t reach this in a given month, your earnings roll over to the next month.

Can I track my sales and commissions?

Yes! You’ll get access to an affiliate dashboard to track clicks, sales, and commissions in real time.

Promotion & Content

How should I promote Nerd Gear?

Be authentic and creative! Share product reviews, unboxing videos, game night photos, how-to guides, or stories about how Nerd Gear makes your sessions better. You can promote on social media, YouTube, Twitch, blogs, Discord, or even at in-person events.

Are there any content guidelines?

Yes—keep it positive, inclusive, and in line with Nerd Gear’s values. No hate speech, offensive content, or misleading claims. We love seeing Champions foster community and excitement around gaming!

Can I use Nerd Gear’s logos and images?

Definitely. You’ll receive a media kit with approved logos, product images, and banners. If you need something custom, just ask—we’re here to help.

Can I host giveaways or contests?

Go for it! If you’d like to run a giveaway featuring Nerd Gear products, reach out to our team for support, extra prizes, or co-promotion.

What’s the private Discord channel?

It’s a dedicated space for Champions to connect, share ideas, get sneak peeks, and chat directly with the Nerd Gear team. We also host exclusive community events and Q&A sessions.

Technical & Tracking

How does the affiliate link work?

Your unique link tracks all referred traffic and sales. If someone clicks your link and buys within 30 days, you get credit for the sale—even if they come back later.

What if someone forgets to use my link?

Unfortunately, commissions are only tracked via your unique link or code. Remind your followers to use your link when shopping!

Can I use my own affiliate link to buy products?

No, self-referrals are not allowed. Orders placed by you or your household using your link won’t earn commissions.

What if I have technical issues with my link or dashboard?

Reach out to our support team at [affiliate support email/Discord]. We’re happy to help troubleshoot and make sure everything runs smoothly.

Program Policies

Are there minimum sales requirements to stay in the program?

Nope! We want Champions to participate at their own pace. However, inactive accounts (no referred sales in 6 months) may be reviewed for removal to keep the program fresh and engaged.

Can I be removed from the program?

Yes, Nerd Gear reserves the right to remove affiliates who violate our guidelines, use misleading tactics, or engage in behavior not aligned with our values.

Can I leave the program at any time?

Of course! Just let us know if you’d like to opt out, and we’ll close your account.

International & Wholesale

Is the program available internationally?

Currently, we’re accepting applicants from the US and Canada. We plan to expand to Europe in early 2026—stay tuned!

Can game shops or retailers join?

Yes! If you own a game shop, you can join and earn commissions on referrals. We also offer a wholesale program for direct retail purchases—contact us for details.
